The Horse Ball helmet is a version of the Galaxy helmet in white shell with navy blue stitching, similar to the colour of leather. The stability of this helmet, due to its interchangeable pads and numerous vents, makes it an ideal model for this discipline. Its timeless design adds to the comfort of a breathable helmet. Meeting European and American standards, it allows the rider to ride safely. The visor must be flexible, especially to protect the rider's nose in case of a fall and to prevent breakage or injury to the rider.

The Horse-Ball helmet is a variation of the Galaxy helmet. It is recognizable by its white shell and contrasting stitching with chrome details.

Personalisation of your helmet Antarès

• If you wish, you can change the colours of the strap, the band and the triangle of this model to have a unique helmet. In its classic version, these elements are chrome. It’s up to you to choose your helmet customisation colours according to your desires! We have written a blog article on helmet customisation to make it easy for you.
• Composition of your Horse-ball riding helmet
  The shell
  The outer shell of the helmet is made from ABS. Its role is to disperse the energy of an impact across the surface of the helmet. When your helmet hits an object, the shell spreads the shockwave, dissipating it. Rigid and lightweight, it is known for its high resistance to scratches.
• The inner padding
  Made of EPS (expanded polystyrene), it absorbs the energy emitted by the impact by retracting. The inner padding therefore becomes much denser. Its density varies according to the sizes of our helmets. To observe the effects of an impact on the inner padding, check out our blog article.
• The vents
  Its 4 front vents and 2 rear extractors provide good air circulation. Thermal regulation is therefore improved.
• The retention system
  The harness ensures a good fit of the helmet on the rider's head. It consists of 3 points. The Y-shaped fastening system has points that are further apart, which reduces helmet rotation. The straps are made of nylon and the buckles are made of POM.
• The helmet pads
  In contact with the rider's head, the high-quality foams allow for a perfect fit of your riding helmet and optimal comfort. Whether your head shape is round or oval, they will adjust to your morphology. Removable, these internal pads can be regularly taken out and cleaned to maintain the helmet's cleanliness. Made in Italy, they are breathable, OEKO-TEX® certified and can be hand washed in warm water.

The standard Eclipse visor
The European standard EN1384-2023 requires the visor to bend when a load is applied to it. This is to prevent it from breaking and injuring the rider. The visors of Antarès helmets are therefore intentionally flexible. In case of deformation, they can be manually reshaped to restore their original shape.

The helmet bag is ideal for protecting and easily transporting your helmet. It has been designed with every detail in mind, featuring a large central pocket and a big zipper to facilitate the storage of the helmet.
