Drinking device Water Level

• Water Level is the ideal device for maintaining a constant level of liquid in a trough, container or bowl.
• ideal for newborn piglets, who learn to drink more easily when offered a water level, and for box farrowing piglets, where the waterer must always be full
• Advantage: The valve works like a float valve, maintaining a constant water level. Water Level is easy to clean, as the valve is located around 1.0 m above the constant level.
• Function: Water Level operates by suction (vacuum) and acts on a membrane that stops the flow of liquid. The valve is fitted with a flow switch so that each valve can be closed individually.

Recommendations for use :

• Constant pressure from 1 to 3 bar - or use a pressure reducer
• Clean water - or filter, so that the water level is not clogged
• Hose connection/outlet seal (PTFE with sealing cord), to prevent bad air from escaping
• Water capacity must be sufficient (tubing)
• Diaphragm cleaned/replaced by turning bayonet lock
• Water level in sow trough 4-5 cm, to prevent food from entering the tube
