Its effective ventilation and balanced design make it a versatile helmet, suitable for both training and competitions. Cleaning the shell Wipe the outside with a slightly damp cloth and mild soap. Never use solvents, alcohol, or abrasive products - they can damage the shell materials.

Washing the inner liner Remove the liner and wash it in the machine at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Air dry only. Do not use a tumble dryer - heat can deform the foam.

Storage Keep your helmet in its protective cover, away from heat, direct sunlight, and moisture. Avoid placing heavy objects on top of it.

Recommended lifespan Replace your helmet every 5 years at most, even without a fall. Materials degrade over time, with sweat and UV exposure.

After a fall After a fall, even without visible damage, we recommend replacing your helmet. Invisible micro-cracks can affect the structure, and the EPS cannot be replaced without a complete new certification. How to measure my helmet size?

Measure your head circumference with a soft tape measure, above your eyebrows and ears, at the widest point. Repeat 2-3 times and take the highest value. The size in cm = the GPA size (e.g., 57 cm → size 57). If you’re in between sizes, go for the larger size.

Can I wash the entire helmet in the machine?

No. Only the removable inner liner can be washed in the machine at 30°C on a gentle cycle. The shell is only wiped with a damp cloth. Water and heat can damage the materials and compromise protection.

Is this helmet approved for FFE competitions?

Yes. All GPA helmets are CE EN1384 certified, a standard recognized by the FFE and FEI organizations. Check the specific requirements of your discipline - some events may impose additional standards.
