Riding bridle King Edward

The King Edward bridle is a creation developed in collaboration with Henrik von Eckermann, the world champion in show jumping and Olympic medalist. This bridle is designed for all types of horses, especially for the more sensitive ones that require a gentle and adjustable bridle to perform at their best.

NOSEBAND OPENING
For this bridle, we developed a noseband specially designed for optimal pressure relief. The U-shaped noseband ensures an ideal fit with soft padding all around. The buckles on each side allow for precise adjustments for each horse. The position of the noseband avoids pressure on the cheekbones and sensitive nerve endings like the infraorbital nerve. This design also prevents pressure on the teeth, which is beneficial for horses with dental issues. The higher strap stops the bridle from slipping towards the horse's eyes, thus avoiding any irritation. The padded cavesson buckle, allowing adjustment on both sides, ensures it stays in place without pinching.

HEADPIECE
The creation of the King Edward bridle introduced a revolutionary headpiece. The air channel above the head and the highest part of the neck offers maximum freedom for sensitive nerve pathways, muscle attachments, and ligaments. A soft leather covers the air channel for easy cleaning, and two small cushions at the top ensure optimal placement. Padded edges, extending from the leather base, keep the neck piece in place, avoiding pressure and friction. The malleable foam inside molds to the horse's shape for maximum comfort. Equipped with stops, the browband ensures that it stays in place.

CHEEK PIECES
This bridle features a new version of cheek pieces, independently tensioned and adjustable with multiple holes to fit different bits.

BROWBAND
Gently padded on the inside for comfort and to prevent friction, the U-shaped design avoids pressure on the forehead and the horse's orbit. The rubber on the inside ensures it stays in place under tough conditions. This bridle indeed comes with a click feature for easy removal and changes.

RUBBER GUARDS
All guards have rubber inside, keeping them securely in place even during the toughest challenges.

COMPETITION
Approved for competition in all disciplines and within the FEI. Don’t forget to purchase a throat strap and attach it to your browband during dressage competitions.
