The Galuchat helmet is the premium version of the Premium helmet. The strap and triangle are matched in Galuchat leather. Its timeless design adds to the comfort of a breathable helmet. This helmet meets European and American standards, allowing the rider to ride in complete safety. The Eclipse visor adds a stylish and chic finish to the helmet. Its size, wider than a classic visor, protects you from the sun during your riding sessions in the arena or outdoors.

The Galuchat collection is the premium version of the helmets in the Premium collection, consisting of a Galuchat leather band and a matching triangle.

Customisation of your helmet Antarès

If you wish, you can change the colours of the strap, the band, and the triangle of this model to create a unique helmet. In its classic version, these elements are chromed. Composition of your Premium Galuchat Eclipse riding helmet The shell

The outer shell of the helmet is made of ABS. Its role is to disperse the energy of the impact across the surface of the helmet. When your helmet hits an object, the shell spreads the shock wave by dissipating it. Rigid and lightweight, it is known for its high resistance to scratches.

The inner padding

Made of EPS (expanded polystyrene), it absorbs the energy emitted by the impact by contracting. The padding thus becomes much more dense. Its density varies according to the sizes of our helmets. To observe the effects of an impact on the padding, check out our blog post.

The vents

Its 4 front vents and 2 rear extractors provide good air circulation. Thermal regulation is therefore improved.

The retention system

The harness ensures a secure fit of the helmet on the rider's head. It consists of 3 points. The Y shape of the fastening system has points that are more spaced out, which reduces the helmet's rotation. The straps are made of nylon and the buckles of POM.

The helmet pads

Contacting the rider's head, the premium foams allow a perfect fit of your riding helmet and optimal comfort. Whether your head shape is round or oval, they will adapt to your morphology. Removable, these internal pads can be regularly taken out and cleaned to maintain the helmet's cleanliness. Made in Italy, they are breathable, OEKO-TEX® certified, and washable by hand in lukewarm water.

The Eclipse visor

The Eclipse visor, designed for a female clientele. Very trendy and elegant, it is inspired by women's hats. It protects female riders from the sun while asserting their femininity. The wide visor has been designed to protect the skin from the sun and the elements without compromising the wide field of vision essential for any discipline. The European standard EN1384-2023 requires the bending of the visor when a load is applied to it. This helps prevent it from breaking and injuring the rider. The visor of Antarès helmets is therefore intentionally flexible. In case of deformation, it can be manually manipulated to restore its original shape.

The helmet bag is ideal for protecting and transporting your helmet easily. It is designed with great attention to detail, featuring a large central pocket and a big zipper to facilitate the storage of the helmet.
